New Wave Victorian

When I saw the title New Wave Victorian on Spotted Sparrow I was quite confuse as to what it was, but it describes Victorian style drawings with a modern twist on them. A few months ago, one of my closest friends went to a cosplay convention with her boyfriend.  She was dressed up as Juiliet from Taylor Swift's song Love Story and her boyfriend as Romeo. She made her own mask and fan, bought the wig and hired the beautiful dress.
